These hail repair places are hard to trust, but this one earned mine. Repairs were amazing, gave me a loaner car, waived the deductible, awesome service and sales. This is a real review, I’m very pleased with them and they deserve 5 stars. My Subaru that got hit with hail looks awesome and no promises unkept. Thanks y’all!

United Hail Pro's went above and beyond my expectations. They worked with my insurance company and got all the supplemental costs resolved. When it was time to have the work done, they met me at Enterprise Car Rental and had one of their employees drive it to their shop. When the work was complete, they again met me at Enterprise Car ren
United Hail Pro's went above and beyond my expectations. They worked with my insurance company and got all the supplemental costs resolved. When it was time to have the work done, they met me at Enterprise Car Rental and had one of their employees drive it to their shop. When the work was complete, they again met me at Enterprise Car rental and dropped my truck off to me, which eliminated a bunch of hassle on my behalf. I truly thought this was too good to be true. The team at UHP came to my house and knocked on my door claiming to be able to fix my car from the hail damage back in May. Normally, I would say “thanks but no thanks” to things like this however, the team stated they would be able to cover my deductible ($500). Intrigued, I came outside as
I truly thought this was too good to be true. The team at UHP came to my house and knocked on my door claiming to be able to fix my car from the hail damage back in May. Normally, I would say “thanks but no thanks” to things like this however, the team stated they would be able to cover my deductible ($500). Intrigued, I came outside as they showed me the dents I was already aware of, explained the process of how they fix them, how they partner with insurance companies, etc. They also called to find out if my insurance company would cover a rental car during the time of the repair. My insurance company does not cover rentals and they offered to cover $500 of my rental car as well. They set everything up with the rental car company, met me to get my car while I was getting my rental, contacted my insurance to get payment and coordinate, and contacted me once they wanted to schedule the pick up of my car. I just got my fixed car today and it looks like it did when I bought it (brand new) and I paid absolutely nothing. Everyone was helpful, kind, and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Best service ever you don’t have to deal with the insurance they take care of everything and get you the rental no more headaches !!!! Glad they came knocking at my door and this is the 2 nd time they worked on my cars and the turn around is super quick amazing work 👍👍👍👍

My wife’s Jeep grand Cherokee had pretty extensive hail damage and we took it to United Hail pros. And I’m very glad we did! They were incredibly helpful in explaining the entire process and the steps in fixing it gave an honest and accurate timeline for the entire process and were very helpful in getting a rental car. I was given updates about the progress of the repairs. I don’t normally write reviews, but the people at United health pros did such a good job They deserve to be recognized. After all the work we got the jeep back, it looks brand new.

Took my truck here after some hail damage occured. Actually, they came and got my truck, which was helpful. Constant contact during the whole process and I never worried about a thing. They were knowledgeable from the time they picked up my car, to weekly updates via text or phone calls, to insurance questions to actual repairs on the car. All of the staff either knew the answer to questions or found them out. Service and customer service was white glove approach. I recommended them to friends and will recommend in the future. They will have all my business!
